What is SAHA Mutual and Pension Fund Ratings?
The SAHA mutual and Pension Funds Rating is a simple and convenient way to measure and rank returns and risks as a compound. This ranking is based only on quantitative (quantitative) data and does not include any subjective assessment. The rating does not reflect an opinion of the SAHA about the future potential of the fund and only assesses how it performs in the past compared to the fund's peers and ranks it according to the evaluation.
How to rate funds ?
Investment and Individual Pension Funds are assessed on a return and risk basis, compared with their peers in their own categories at the end of each month.
Each investment involves a risk. It does not have to be, but in general risk and return increase and decrease together. Therefore, evaluating investment and private pension funds only on a net basis means to ignore the risk factor. A fund with good returns can carry high risk, low risk.
The SAHA investment and private pension fund grading aims to pre-screen funds that provide good returns at reasonable risk levels by punishing the high risk of giving high return premiums. A football team will score 10 goals a year because of scoring goals in each game (100% return), but because they are frequently injured, will they prefer 50 goals (40%), playing 50 games and scoring 20 goals (40%)? Investors should add the same risks to the account. Numbers should be corrected according to the risk that the performance is being conveyed, which is brought up when making a choice between ever-increasing funds. This is where the SAHA rating is aimed at.
Investment and Individual Pension Funds are graded and the star budget is made "every month", MONTHLY, ANNUAL and 3 YEARLY. The reason for the rating to be made for 3 separate time slots is to prevent short-term conjunctural developments from overshadowing the medium and long-term performance of the fund and to provide the investor with a longer-term perspective.
The rating activity includes Investment and Private Pension Funds, which have been active for at least 1 year since the date of public offering.
